We use the Village Hall Pub for drinks and food after games and training sessions. The pub is an ideal clubhouse for our club as it overlooks Gold Hill Common where we play and is spacious inside as well as having a wooden patio area outside for when the weather is good.
The pub always has some excellent beers and lagers on including a great range of regularly changing real ales. It does food all day so food is always available to order after training and more importantly after weekday games where there may not have been time to eat between work and coming out for the game.
It is located on the south western corner of the Common as marked on the map below. Use the control bar to zoom in and out.
Parking is at a premium around the pub so if you can not find a space in the car park then please park responsibly around the perimeter of the Common or on one of the roads that lead to the area.
